Job Responsibilities

1. Compensation and benefit administration(eg. Salary Adjustment, bonus, salary structure).
2. Participate salary survey process and assist the payroll processing activities.
3. Coordinate annual performance review process and trainings.
4. Participate C&B related project planning and implementation, including HR system implementation.
5. Audit payroll data and correct data as necessary
6. Coordinate and participates in compensation and benefits surveys

  • Bachelor/Honors
Skills
  • Excellent Communication and writing skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients Proven experience in human resources management Strong communication and organizational skills. People and results-oriented, organizational and planning skills
