  1. Transforming Employee experience, Conduct FGD, Empowering business strategy & implementation, & action Planning
  2. Learning and development, Design Training Calendar, Organize Training & Feedback Analysis
  3. Employee focus Surveys & Action Plan with Trend analysis
  4. Talent Management, TA Activities & Coordination Role
  5. Collaborate with staff female and operators & resolved issue. Coordinate POSH Activities at plant level.
  6. TPM Excellence / Deming Grand initiatives and Data Presentation
  7. Ability to analysis data, identify trends, and use data-driven insights to form HR strategies
  8. HR Audit & ISO Activities
