Manage the recruiting process and meet plant’s deliverable requirements in a timely manner while maintaining a process compliant with local and federal standards as well as with company procedures.
Build an effective partnership with site leadership as well as the broader NIBCO HR Team.
Responsible for consistently applying company policies and practices and provide coaching in the areas of disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations.
Provide sound counsel and reliable support to site leadership and management in personnel related matters.
Manage the compensation and payroll administration function and maintain accurate master data.
Support Benefit Administration and provide support where necessary within this function.
Support associate recognition programs and efforts, including helping plan and run the recognition events.
Support all Human Resources communications.
Assist the Wellness Program.
Assists with planning events which are hosted by Corporate Human Resources.
Assist with various Human Resources special projects both local and remote.
Other duties as assigned.
