Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the fitness club.
Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the fitness club's website.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Candidate Sourcing:
Proactively source candidates using databases, social media, networking events, and other recruitment tools.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management.
Interviewing and Selection:
Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule in-person or virtual interviews.
Coordinate and conduct interviews alongside hiring managers and department heads.
Assist in the development of interview questions and evaluation criteria.
Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the club.
Prepare and manage new hire documentation, including employment contracts and benefits information.
Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the club's culture, policies, and procedures.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the HR Manager and department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to the development of HR initiatives.
Compliance and Record-Keeping:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate information and interview notes.
Employer Branding:
Promote the fitness club as an employer of choice by showcasing its culture, benefits, and opportunities.
Attend job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to represent the club.
Performance Metrics:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Provide reports and insights to the HR Manager to improve the recruitment process.
