Job Context


Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in addressing basic employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and employment practices at the Kingstree plant.
  2. Maintain all hourly Kingstree employee files both in-office and electronically.
  3. Assist with both the onboarding and offboarding process for Kingstree employees.
  4. Implement the performance management process within the Kingstree plant. Conduct trainings for employees on goal setting, for managers on performance review and feedback process.
  5. Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment processes.
  6. Implement training & development programs in alignment with the global HR programs and initiatives.
  7. Implement company-wide HR policies and procedures within the Kingstree plant.
  8. Assist in the communication of HR policies, programs, and initiatives to plant employees.
  9. Partner with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) to ensure Safety and Compliance targets are met and drive a culture of safety at the plant.
  10. Participate in audits related to HR practices and documentation.
  11. Manage facility office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  12. Receive and sort incoming mail, deliveries and manage outgoing mail.
  13. Primary building facilities contact to schedule any maintenance or meeting room requests as needed.
  14. Security Badge System: Handles updating new employees and termination of access.
  15. Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, catering, maintain the office filing system, etc.a

  • Bachelor/Honors
Skills
  • Excellent Communication and writing skills, An individual with a positive attitude, self-starter and to multi-task. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Strong communication and organizational skills. work experience in Human Resources. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize. Must have exceptional attention to detail.
