- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle of designated vacancies from job advertising and sourcing, through interviewing, to offer
- Research markets, companies, teams, and role types to help drive a consistent pipeline of candidates who are qualified for currently available and upcoming roles
- Be visible and approachable within the organization while maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards.
- To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resource Department, assist proactively in the implementation of proper policies and procedures for all levels of employees.
- Ensure smooth performance appraisal and goal-setting processes using the company's tools.
- Coordinate with the line manager to provide HR guidance and conduct awareness sessions to keep the employees aware of the policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with Senior Management/Managers to improve work relationships, build morale and increase employee’s productivity and retention.
- Develop people through coaching and professional skills training in collaboration with various departments/managers.
- Actively researching to implement and follow best practices and standards to improve the working culture across the organization.
- Drive process improvements and support on performance management, learning and development initiatives, employee engagement, team-building, onboarding and exit management.
- Actively look for ways to improve employee experience across all touchpoints.
- Help to communicate and uphold company values and ensure that they come through in all key initiatives and people-oriented decisions.
- Provide guidance for managers when resolving employee misconduct or relations issues, making sure that it is done in an empathetic, timely, and legally sound manner.
