1. Candidate should have strong understanding of International Freight forwarding industry and experience in developing business.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue target and market share.
3. Identify new business opportunities and sales leads for long and short term plan.
4. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify best suited opportunity for the organization.
5. Participative in trade lane, product, vertical etc. related initiatives with his market coverage.
6. Product knowledge to offer solution to client and bid error free RFQ's / Tenders/quotes in the interest of company.
7. Team player and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, customs service teams.
8. Must possess disciplined employee in terms of HR, Finance, Global and local policies and compliances.
9. Meeting sales KPI's, trainings, providing sales report and forecast for monthly review.
10. Minimum bachelors degree with professional qualification.
11. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales in the freight forwarding industry.
12. Analytical and Strategic thinking.
13. Have experience in working in MNC/System/Policy driven environment.
