Support implementation of HR initiatives and efforts for business area(s) in conjunction with Senior HR Business Partner(s). This is inclusive of a broad range of transaction support activities.
Coordinate with Senior HR Business Partner(s) and business leadership on the execution of compensation and performance management processes
Day-to-day HR point of contact for client-base whilst providing a consultative, coaching and advisory approach
Administer new hire, promotion, leave of absence and offboarding activities, inclusive of employee check-ins, communications, documentation, and HRIS (Workday) updates
Act as a liaison with HR Centers of Excellence (COE), including Benefits, HR Optimization, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to troubleshoot, manage, and resolve day to day employee questions and/or issues
Work with HR COEs on the development and execution of HR strategies and programs
Partner with HR Business Partner peer group to identify best practice opportunities and provide back-up support if/as needed
Ownership of employee data, employee changes and position management in HRIS (Workday)
Manage ad-hoc reporting and headcount requests, inclusive of structuring and cutting data
Command of HR policies, processes, regulations and systems
Special projects and other tasks as required
Demonstrate the high level of judgement, confidentiality, and integrity, building trust with HR partners and clients
