Job Context


Job Responsibilities

  1. To communicate effectively to Donors on the activities of the Organization as trained by the induction process.
     
  2. Ensure to represent APD India in a responsible manner as per the policy limits.
     
  3. Call prospective customers/donors by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
     
  4. Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
     
  5. Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
     
  6. Make telephone calls to prospects.
     
  7. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
     
  8. Maintain Record details of opportunities and lead notes.
     
  9. Any additional responsibility assigned by the line manager.

  • 1 - 2 years

  • Bachelor/Honors
Skills
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written Serving clients and delivering exceptional client service must appeal to you Maturity in handling situation and ability to deal with conflicts constructively Proficient in verbal and written communications. Able to deal with emergency cases and incidents.
