Deal with all general inquiries, explain procedures and make new and follow-up appointments.
Taking care of patients and engaging them and helping them voluntarily.
Receive and make telephone calls as required. Divert calls and take messages, ensuring accuracy of detail and prompt appropriate delivery.
Provide information regarding various services available.
Fix appointments over phone/person
Be a link between the patients / attenders & the doctors.
Ensure that the patients / attenders are kept comfortable at all times & ensure to meet their requirements as laid down in clinic rules.
Engaging the patients. Talking to them and trying to understand.
Helping the patients to fill the registration forms.
Keep in touch with the Billing department to ensure the entries of all the diagnosis done for the respective patients.
Collect reference from patients, need to do cross sale, medicine sale & upgrade
Explain the packages and procedures costs to customers.
Collecting the feedbacks/ Google reviews/ video testimonial from all patients.
