Installing and configuring new hardware including server, computer, printer, scanner, router network switch, DVR and other necessary hardware accessories.
Installing software including windows Server 2012 / SQL Server 2012 and other necessary software and tools as per business need.
Installing, configuring, maintaining and administrating domain server.
Installing and configuring barcode machine and report setting.
Setup, design, implement and supervise whole network infrastructure.
Setup the user account, permission, security and group policy into the server.
Installation, maintaining and configuring Network setup.
Provide client support and technical issues resolution via e mail, phone and other electronic medium.
Diagnosing and fixing the system, server hardware and network issues inside office and at client side.
Planning future improvement suggesting IT solution to business problems.
Managing client expectations and escalating critical situations to Support Manager.
Provide customer resolutions and advise technical support representatives in how to implement these processes.
