Job Responsibilities

1. Providing IT support for all business functions to improve business continuity, service levels and customer satisfaction
2. IT Operations Management (Incident, Problem Management and change management, creation of Knowledge Base)
3. Managing IT support for users in all shifts as individual
4. First level support for Application & Databases related issues and coordinate with cross functional team for end-to-end closure
5. Operation & Maintenance of IT Network Infrastructure and Data Center.
