Job Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels: email, chat, and phone.

Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products, pricing, and availability.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.

Input and manage customer data across various platforms.

Achieve 100% query resolution within a defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
