Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide customer service assistance to people via phone, email, and chat services
  2. Communicate with warehouse staff to coordinate shipments
  3. Contact customers as needed to verify online order information
  4. Coordinate processing of returns
  5. File and maintain work logs
  6. Documentation of interaction with member stores
  7. Additional duties as requested by management

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Serving clients and delivering exceptional client service must appeal to you Proficient in verbal and written communications. Ability to interface with management levels and technical staff. Relevant exposure in customer service Professional demeanor with strong typing, communication, and computer skills. Keyboard skills: minimum of 60 words per minute, and able to type during conversations
