Job Context


Job Responsibilities

The role is responsible for providing high quality, efficient, and effective integrated services to Taiwan customers.


1. Handle customer's tapeouts, prototyping and production

2. Prepare and host customer meetings and visits, and follow up with action items

3. Clarify customer's requests and act as issue owner for integrated customer-centric response

4. Track customer account/ project's status and escalate customer's issues to management

  • Bachelor/Honors
Skills
  • Serving clients and delivering exceptional client service must appeal to you Proficient in verbal and written communications. Ability to interface with management levels and technical staff. Relevant exposure in customer service Proficiency with MS Office and Windows OS Demonstrates ability to accurately problem solve Professional demeanor with strong typing, communication, and computer skills. Good computer skills
