Classifying and filing Field Service Reports for CS system and billing.
Provide logistics support including shipping materials to headquarters (including RMA), regional branches, and the customers.
Close liaison with headquarters, suppliers and colleagues ensuring serve part orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner.
Follow-up and provide status information to customers and CS team regarding service part orders status and shipments.
Work as a call center of service organization so a good ability to communicate internally with all levels of the organization and externally with customers and business partners.
Respond to inquiries of stock balance, deliveries and returns.
Track and follow up inbound/outbound shipments and backorders.
Maintain and update inventory and CS databases.
