Job Responsibilities

1. As a customer advisor, you are the direct point of contact for our customers. Through your approach, you help determine how our customers experience Telenet as a brand and as an end user of our digital products.

2. You offer the best possible service with a commercial approach. You do this by using the commercial and digital tools that we provide you. With your empathy and understanding, you will gauge the needs of customers and help them on their way to the best digital experiences that Telenet has to offer.

3. You are partly responsible for achieving both personal and team objectives. Including achieving our customer service KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). You will report directly to your shop manager for this.

4. Your work area is our Telenet and Telenet-BASE shops (these are the shops where both brands are featured). Where you share your enthusiasm and knowledge about the Telenet and BASE products with both customers and your team members.

5. You have everything in hand to make decisions regarding customer files and follow-ups. In which you always keep an eye on the balance between customer value and company value.

6. You are not just a salesperson in the shopping street, your role as a customer advisor is much more challenging.

7.  You are a confidant for our customers who will guide them from A to Z through logical thinking.

8. You work both independently and in a team, so you contribute to the good and positive working atmosphere in our shops.

  • Bachelor/Honors
Skills
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Expert knowledge with Microsoft Outlook email, scheduling and task manager Serving clients and delivering exceptional client service must appeal to you Able to deal with emergency cases and incidents. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance Relevant exposure in customer service Multi-tasking is a must
