Job Responsibilities

  1. Customer Relations Executive is a skilled sales professional, who leverages their persuasive abilities to engage potential customers and drive sales through phone interactions. They answer inquiries, provide detailed information about products and services, and effectively handle orders and transactions.
  2. The role of customer relations executive involves following prescribed scripts and employing their expertise to ensure consistent and accurate information delivery to customers through calls. They play crucial role in nurturing customer relations by addressing concerns, handling objections resolving complaints and providing exceptional post-sales support as well as development of new clients.
  3. Customer Relations Executive contribute to lead generation efforts, utilizing their communication skills and product knowledge to identify potential customers and convert leads into sales. She also provide valuable insights to sales and marketing manager and product manager and contribute to continuously improving products, services and sales strategies. Customer relations executive emphasize generating sales and closing deals over the phone.
  4. Ensures strict adherence to company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
  5. Executes product forecasting, monitors sales volume, competitive prices, operating expenses, and profitability to identify growth opportunities.
  6. Maintains strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Develops and implements competitive strategies to achieve sales targets and outperform competitors.
  8. Manages slow-moving products by taking immediate action of product trials and started campaigns to push sales.
  9. Executes promotional activities and product survey.
  10. Prepares daily activity reports and weekly plans to update management on sales progress and strategies.
  11. Ensures punctuality and compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  12. Performs other tasks, duties, and/or special job responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

  • Bachelor/Honors
Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to resolve customer issues efficiently. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other Business-related course At least 2-years solid working experience as a customer relations executive or telemarketing sales agent in the healthcare industry or other relates company Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Social media savvy and well verse on online marketing Creates content in the promotion of products and sales negotiation through online marketing.
