Job Context


Job Responsibilities

Receipt track all customer and internal orders

Ensure all Commercial Validation requirements are met before order acceptance

Enter and acknowledge orders

Execute all change orders

Manage on-time delivery of orders

Present invoices to Customer

Resolve incoming invoicing claims

Seek and understand current fiscal practices

Work with Sales and Commercial Management to ensure that new terms and conditions will support expected contract performance

  • Bachelor/Honors
Skills
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Serving clients and delivering exceptional client service must appeal to you Maturity in handling situation and ability to deal with conflicts constructively Relevant exposure in customer service
