Developing deep relationships with clients and key personnel to improve client referencability, overall client retention, and increase WellSky advocacy across the client base
Acting as the single point of contact for key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the partnership
Leveraging operational data to identify areas of client and business opportunities for improvement
Proactively engaging with an assigned set of clients to understand their opportunities and navigate client partnerships and experiences with our solutions
Assisting in developing and measuring success metrics and ROI
Driving additional value by encouraging deeper feature adoption
Generating and sharing educational resources, training, and industry best practices
Creating Client Value Annual Plan by establishing clear goals and milestones with the client
Synthesizing client feedback and working with internal teams to respond to client needs
Helping clients attain value by proactively managing solution implementation and support concerns
