Job Responsibilities

Understand customer needs, business drivers, and service requirements

Act as a client liaison for Archer Ops and Integration inquiries

Develop strong relationships with client contacts and deliver best in breed client experience

Ability to articulate best practices and advise on Archer platform/training

Develop Archer platform and workflow expertise quickly and efficiently respond to client inquiries

Participate/drive regular client checkpoints with project and status updates

Participate in new products/service implementation projects

Act as a mentor for less tenured staff – coordinate training sessions as required

Support business development efforts with demos and interactive training sessions

Expected travel approximately 10%

• Security You must have a bachelor's degree or above Excellent communication skills both oral and written Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization with the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Expert knowledge with Microsoft Outlook email, scheduling and task manager General comfort level with Internet/Intranet usage and ability to learn proprietary software and databases Serving clients and delivering exceptional client service must appeal to you Maturity in handling situation and ability to deal with conflicts constructively Proficient in verbal and written communications. Able to deal with emergency cases and incidents. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance Ability to interface with management levels and technical staff. Must be able to interact well with others.
