Job Responsibilities

  1. Receive inbound sales calls from customers; understand their storage needs and recommend an appropriate storage unit.
  2. Ability to overcome any objections in order to obtain a reservation for a storage unit or rent the unit over the phone.
  3. Work with existing customers by answering questions, taking payments and resolving concerns.
  4. Make outbound calls to follow up on rental reservations.
  5. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  6. Perform duties assigned by Supervisor(s).

  • 1 - 2 years

  • Bachelor/Honors
Skills
  • Must be able to interact well with others. Experience with cross-functional collaboration client service experience Sales driven with a can do attitude Excellent verbal, phone, and email communication Multi-tasking is a must
