Job Responsibilities

a) Responsible to handle client assigned for the branch.
b) Client retention and to develop the business share by deep penetration.
c) Hands on experience in handling global and local clients.
d) Sound communication skills and computer knowledge.
e) Overseas and client co-ordination.
f) Product know ledge in procuring rates from network office and offer solution to clients.
g) Basic operation knowledge related to air/ocean and export/import.
h) Establishing SOP and maintaining TAT and KPI's.
i) Client performance reviews and management reports.
