Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously
Conduct comprehensive intake meetings to thoroughly understand hiring needs and role requirements
Develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies to effectively identify and attract top talent
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, encompassing resume screening and initial conversations, and provide insightful recommendations to hiring managers
Coordinate the interview process, guide candidates through each stage with transparent communication and dedicated support
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, prioritizing an exceptional candidate experience
Lead departmental hiring syncs, generate weekly reports on recruitment performance and pipeline analytics, and deliver comprehensive progress updates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Proactively build and maintain a network of professional relationships, continuously explore new recruitment methods, and devise innovative approaches to fill key positions
Conduct thorough research to understand and educate others on competitive comparisons within local tech market
Collaborate with the Manager, Talent Acquisition on TA-related initiatives to achieve strategic recruitment objectives
