Job Responsibilities

Manpower planning and distribution of employees/ worker to various functions.

Monitoring and controlling mechanical related control parameters.

Day-wise Maintenance plan compliance.

Execution of PM maintenance plan.

Monitoring and maintenance of mechanical machine/ Equipment’s.

Ensuring the safety of the employees in mechanical maintenance Dept.

Updating Risk register and work instructions.

To maintain all data records of breakdown & maintenance job & prepare MTTR & MTBF.

Overall water management of plant.

Following 5S /TPM & Safety

Performing housekeeping functions regularly

Raising PRS, SRS and tracking and follow up for consumables

• 2 - 8 years

Educational Requirements

• BSC In Engineering
