Job Context


Job Responsibilities

  1. Product Strategy: Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to define the product vision and strategy for payment systems and digital wallets.
  2. Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company objectives and customer priorities, outlining key features, enhancements, and milestones for our payment products and digital wallet offerings.
  3. Feature Prioritization: Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact initiatives.
  4. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and customers to gather requirements, define user stories, and document detailed specifications for payment system integrations, wallet functionalities, and related features.
  5. Technical Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on payment technologies, security standards, and regulatory requirements, providing guidance and insights to engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and QA teams to drive the development process, from ideation and design to implementation and testing, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  7. Product Launch: Lead the successful launch of new payment features, integrations, and digital wallet enhancements, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure smooth rollout, effective communication, and user adoption.
  8. Performance Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of payment products and digital wallet initiatives, conducting regular analysis and reporting to track progress, identify opportunities, and optimize performance.
  9. Compliance and Risk Management: Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance standards, and security best practices related to payment processing and digital transactions, ensuring our products adhere to legal requirements and mitigate potential risks.
  10. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback, address inquiries, and identify opportunities for product improvement, maintaining a customer-centric approach to product development and management.

Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skill Ability to lead teams, assertive, excellent communicative skills with professional appearance. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management. Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Substantial experience in sales, marketing, account management or production agriculture.
