Responsible for order management, supply services, shipping coordination and invoicing activities for products and customers under his/her responsibility
Responsible to maintain a proper communication process with the production sites across various geographies, account managers and customers
Responsible to report & review KPI's for service measurement for products and customers under his/her responsibility.
Responsible to monitor backorder to 3rd party customer and expected Backorder.
Responsible to build the supply picture for TAPI Commercial Organization.
Support short term opportunities raised by account managers, providing response on ability to supply and potential required trade off
Working with the sales office on inventory without demand to try to increase sales and reduce inventory
Customer-oriented pro-active attitude takes initiative, creates an achievement environment
Anticipates and plans for potential risks; develops corresponding contingency plans.
