Job Responsibilities

The Roles and responsibilities of Executive - Logistics at WET IC includes -

Managing the newly launched ILMS module in WET IC for logistics requests

Receive various Logistic requests through ILMS and process the same as per guidelines for WET IC projects

Coordination with WET IC project sites/clusters and logistic service providers and finalise the logistic orders

Tracking of materials movement as per scheduled dates and ensuring material movement as per finalised logistic contracts

Processing invoices of transporters in consultation with SSC and payments to logistic service providers

Performance monitoring of various logistic service providers

Coordination of ILMS team on various issues for its resolving

Handling of any other assignment given by the Management from time to time.

MIS reporting as per Management requirements
