Business and Occupation (B&O) Tax calculation preparation and processing
Daily HubSpot store order purchase import into ERP system (Intacct)
Support month end process through the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts (cash, prepaid, fixed assets, etc.)
Manage intercompany reconciliations between 4 entities
Manage Corporate Purchase Card program including importing weekly bank transactions into Paycom and exporting the monthly expense reports from Paycom into Intacct
Fixed asset administrator tracking, tagging, and running depreciation monthly
Support annual Certificates of Insurance processing for our members
Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice
Management and quarterly calculation of bad debt expense
