Job Responsibilities

Job responsibilities will include

a) Liasoning with statutary bodies and ensuring that all required permits and regulatory approvals are obtained and that the project complies with relevant laws and regulations.

b) Oversee project expense, ensure proper allocation of funds and monitor cost control measures

c)Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and summarize project financial performance

d) Maintain project specific accounting records, reconcile accounts and manage financial transcations

e) Ensure the well being of staff and workers engaged at site and address specific concerns on priority

 

f) Oversee administrative operations including office space, staff and workmen accommodation to ensure a safe and productive work environment
