Oversee the office administration for the company to include upkeep and maintenance of the HQ office; ensuring all office equipment and office supplies are available for day-to-day operations. Supervise Receptionist and Office Operations staff. Serve as point of contact for safety in office
Generate appropriate purchase requisition, vendor creation request and invoices where required
Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, Detection India, and Smiths Group Leadership
Support and maintain the Business continuity plan. Act as Business Continuity Planning coordinator and work closely with the Detection India leadership team to identify, manage, and minimize risks.
Support the regular reporting requirements, including policies and procedures, SOPs; presentations; and any briefs or reports as required including other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director
Assist in sales and marketing activities where required, i.e. exhibition, press releases, customer roadshows, customer promotional gifts, collaterals etc.
Lead & Implement employee engagement events, activities, and rewards and recognition programs to create a highly engaged culture in which team members feel valued. Leverage internal communication vehicles to ensure employee awareness, understanding, and participation in programs.
Be an active member of the CSR committee.
Communicate effectively with local and global internal and external stakeholders.
Must comply with all applicable health & safety, export, and security regulations
