Job Context


Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.

  • Smooth onboarding of new hires and transfer case.

  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency

  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.

  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.

  • Billing and Service entries in SAP

  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities.

  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)

  • Vehicle and Driver Management and ensuring safety, compliance, and cost-effective operations.

  • Event management, including celebrations and gatherings, to foster a positive work culture and employee engagement.

  • Vendor Management for admin activities, including enrolment, payment processes through SAP, and maintaining strong partnerships with service providers.

  • Preparation of Admin MIS and circulation of the same to concern.

  • Coordination during VIP & VVIP movements
