Manage and execute creator and social media campaigns from start to finish across various platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Meta, X, Snapchat and LinkedIn)
Lead the building and management of content calendars as well as publishing content accordingly
Take ownership of community management responsibilities as needed for select clients
Support social strategy group to create KPIs based on the client brief as well as collaborate on recaps by evaluating data and measuring success
Travel to and attend activations to capture, edit and post content for client brand channels
Collaborate with paid media team as needed to provide recommendations on how to optimize performance as well as boost content
Provide and present recap reports to clients highlighting key success metrics and areas for improvement
Remain attuned to the latest in culture, competitive activities, emerging technologies, noteworthy trends, and social media innovations to inform creative solutions and new client opportunities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients as needed and contingent on account structure
Build and maintain strong, long-term client, creator, talent and partner relationships
Execution of Agency administration responsibilities, time tracking, expense reports, etc.
Manage third parties including external agencies and vendors
