• Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, contracts, proposals, and estimates required. Must be a problem solver and address issues in a timely manner Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work Ability to handle multiple requests and inquiries in a professional, friendly, and upbeat manner
