Job Context


Job Responsibilities

  • 1. Establish and implement production plan
  • Make a reasonable production plan based on the supply plan to meet the required output of the PA department and control the costs related to the allowed resources (labor, materials, time, equipment, etc.).
  • Prepare production plan upon the supply plan and cost allocation of manpower, raw materials, timeline, machines,…
  • Assign, lead and implement plans to all employees.
  • Allocate tasks, roster, lead the team to execute the plan.

  • 2. Monitor daily production activities. Supervise the daily operation
  • Monitor activities on production lines to ensure employees comply with production processes & related regulations (Labor safety, fire prevention, GMP, AIB, environment...),
  • Monitor the production lines to ensure all steps and areas are followed the production processes and the standards set
  • Manage assets equipped for the production line, periodically have the responsible staff check the equipment status, find out the cause when damage or loss is detected, report to the maintenance department or department head for appropriate handling.
  • Monitor company assets in the production areas, frequently check, identify issues, and interact with maintenance team or line manager to follow up with proper and prompt actions
  • Manage inventory of materials and production tools in terms of quantity based on inventory reports, actual quantities and purchase recommendations.
  • Monitor raw material stock and propose providing accordingly
  • Coordinate with contractors on production-related projects to ensure compliance with safety and food safety regulations to achieve departmental targets.
  • Work closely with vendors who are working in the production areas to ensure all standards and objectives are followed.
  • Work with the management of the labor supplier on work instructions, work quality control, and propose rewards and disciplinary actions for contractor employees to ensure that contractor employees comply with the company's prescribed procedures during the performance of work.
  • Closely working with manpower 3rd party vendors before and during production times to help maintaining motivation of 3rd party employees and ensure all processes and standards are followed.

  • 3. Report Reporting
  • Conduct periodic reports (downtime, costs, overtime, key control points, AIB, GMP...), analyze data and propose improvement measures to achieve targets according to M&W and savings programs (Productivity).
  • Follow up the periodic reports (Downtime, cost, overtime, AIB, GMP …), analyze and propose actions to control
  • Manage daily working time of employees during shift, including internal employees and 3rd party employees.
  • Manage working time of employees working in the shift, including PI, PI Contractors and 3rd party employees

  • 4. Team capacity building Build team capability
  • Organize training for employees on technical aspects, work processes, production equipment calibration, etc. to help employees perform their jobs safely and effectively.
  • Maintain frequent training on technical matters, production processes and standards to ensure employees working safe and efficient.
  • Build goals and evaluate work performance according to PMP process for employees
  • Set annual objectives (PDR) for employees and do supervising, coaching employees to help delivering of the PDR set.
  • Propose rewards, discipline and employee capacity development plans to maintain proper implementation of regulations and policies, improve working spirit and develop team capacity.
  • Propose rewarding, disciplinary actions and development plans for employees to maintain compliance, employees energy as well as building team capability.
  • Communicate policies and relevant information to department staff in a timely manner.
  • Clearly and promptly communicate the new or changing policies and processes to the employees.

  • 5. Others Other
  • Look for opportunities and recommend measures to improve key production objectives, improve work processes, increase labor productivity and save costs.
  • Find opportunities of innovation to improve production KPIs, working processes, enhance efficiency, save cost.
  • Lead project teams: provide implementation tools, metrics, data and direction to help teams achieve planned goals.

  • Bachelor/Honors
Skills
  • You have organizational, social and communication skills. Team oriented and ability to work collaboratively across teams University graduate, preferably in engineering. Problem solving skills, communication skills, supervisory skills. Advanced Solving problem, communication, supervisory skills Proficient in office computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Fluent English communication skills.
