Job Context


Job Responsibilities

  1. Address product-related inquiries and requests from both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and efficient resolution.
  2. Troubleshoot and solve any challenges stemming from such product requests, at both technical and non-technical levels.
  3. Translate relevant requirements and emerging trends into the product backlog, identifying the right Product & Tech squad to address them.
  4. Proactively identify the issues that are having a negative impact on Jampp's business or product, escalating them accordingly.
  5. Explain complex features and processes in simple terms to non-technical receptors.
  6. Contribute to our documentation and knowledge base, processes, and team efficiency.
  7. Most of all: learn and become an expert in Jampp's product.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Skills
  • Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills. Team oriented and ability to work collaboratively across teams Problem solving skills, communication skills, supervisory skills. Fluent English communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (being an advanced student isn't a blocker). Analytical background and strong attention to detail.
