Job Responsibilities

  1. Excellent customer service skills
  2. Accounts payable and receivable skills
  3. Preparation of BAS
  4. Maintain all records and ensure information is up-to-date
  5. Payroll experience with timesheets and completing a weekly payroll for 20+ employees
  6. Reconciliation of payroll activities
  7. Good work ethic with a positive attitude
  8. Demonstrated experience in payroll / accounts administration
  9. Excellent attention to detail
  10. Analytical and numeracy skills
  11. Good organisational skills
  12. Excellent time management skills
  13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  14. Competence in MS Office (Excel) and accounting software

  • 2 - 3 years

  • Bachelor/Honors

  • Proven ability to manage and analyze expenses and budgets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfort and ability to work well under pressure and shift between projects quickly.
