Project/ Solution control, supervision and follow up: technically and financially. Identifying project deviations that may compromise budget and delivery,
Ability to work on a highly Engineering To Order environment,
Deploying SPS into the plant: from SIM meetings to plant organization,
Working with Quality to ensure a safe environment for the persons who work in the plant and delivering a first-class solution to our customers,
Leading QVE and continuous improvement at plant level and collaborating with R&D when required. Leading the innovation programs for the plant,
Active participation on opportunity reviews and issue escalation, with region sales team,
