> Responsible for managing the entire operations and service delivery of the concerned office
> Responsible for customer service and administration with achieving overall service and quality objectives including customer satisfaction scores.
> Liaises and coordinates with insurance companies for servicing related activities.
> Taking up initiatives to improve processes with respect to TATs, quality and cost.
> Supervises and coordinates activities of the operations staff at all the branch offices.
> Ensures Communication, Implementation and Compliance with the set standards and procedures with respect to different deliverables.
> Reviews various critical management reports and analysis wherever required.
