Job Context


Job Responsibilities

1. Efficiently manage correspondence, phone calls and emails
2. Maintain and organize medical records, files, and documents in a confidential manner.
3. Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients with the appropriate specialist offices, as well as reminders and follow-up.
4. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and administrative documents.
5. Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure effective communication.
6. Manage physician referrals.
7. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Skills
  • Previous experience as an administrative secretary, preferably in healthcare settings. Basic knowledge of medical terms and administrative procedures in the health sector. Advanced office software skills (Microsoft Office, medical management systems, etc.). Excellent organizational, communication (english and spanish) and attention to detail skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure. Diplomacy and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and medical staff.
