Responsible for prospecting and opening new accounts and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Analyze data and confer with various departments to plan advertising & marketing services to define the right trade segments.
Oversees all aspects of sales staff field operations.
Plans and directs staffing, training & performance evaluation to provide development and growth of the sales team.
Monitors customer satisfaction and needs to determine the focus of sales efforts; resolves customer’s complaints regarding sales and service.
Hands-on and perform other functions to accomplish department goals and meet deadlines.
Prepares budgets and approves or rejects budget expenditures.
Submit weekly and monthly reports as defined by the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Timely and regular collection of sales from the clients and all collection/Aging accounts.
Ensure the placement of PO’s terms with the client to increase sales.
Perform services for Biocosotech Philippines Corporation its affiliates, and its subsidiaries.
