Provide support for a range of financial transactional services managed by the consolidated finance officer pool.
Prepare and deliver ad hoc transactional reporting, maintain accurate documentation, registers and correspondence as requested for specific financial activities or initiatives.
Act as a contact point for the Finance Partners (and clients where necessary) for escalations, feedback and receiving information on operational changes.
Keep clients informed about the progress of their financial request right up until resolution.
Prepare timely and accurate corrections to financial records if required.
Actively work towards achieving service excellence and great customer experience.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Customer service experience: with interpersonal skills to build effective internal relationships and liaise with staff at all levels in the University.Experience using financial systems for processing and reporting. ServiceNow Case Management, PeopleSoft, Power BI is preferred but not desired.Ability to prioritise multiple requirements and work under pressure to achieve deadlines.Computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, data processing, financial accounting systems and reporting systems.
