Work on Tier 3 to Tier 2 projects while supporting the Senior Designer on Tier 1 campaigns.
Serve as a mentor for the Junior Designer
Produce attractive and effective designs for all media, including but not limited to print ads, digital ads, web banners, landing pages, direct mail and video
Adept at following brand style guidelines
Offer input to creative meetings and share ideas
Communicate with senior team members to receive feedback
Collaborate effectively with clients and other team members
Support the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects
Flexibility in scheduling time as needed. Some extended weekday hours should be expected
Contribute new ideas, techniques and feedback
Communicate regularly with clients, project managers and other creative team members how attention to detail while working on multiple projects at different stages
Contribute and assist in the concepting of campaigns and projects with multiple deliverables while understanding the effect on the user experience and behavior
Manage multiple deadlines and multiple projects
