Job Context


Job Responsibilities

  1. Enter and update accurate sales data into the company’s CRM system and databases.
  2. Verify the accuracy of sales orders, customer information, and billing details.
  3. Assist the sales team in generating sales reports, performance analyses, and customer insights.
  4. Ensure timely input of sales transactions, order details, and customer information.
  5. Manage and maintain digital and physical records of sales data.
  6. Respond to queries related to sales data from internal departments and external clients.
  7. Perform general administrative tasks like preparing sales documents, invoices, and purchase orders.
  8. Collaborate with sales representatives to update client accounts and process orders.
  9. Identify discrepancies in sales data and report them for resolution.
  10. Assist in data cleanup projects to maintain accurate records.
  11. Record daily financial transactions and ensure they are accurate and properly documented.
  12. Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
  13. Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.
  14. Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records, including invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
  15. Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  16. Help with month-end and year-end close processes.
  17. Assist with internal and external audits by providing required financial data and reports.
  18. Prepare journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and other financial transactions.
  19. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
  20. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Skills
  • Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and CRM systems. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in both sales and financial data.
