1.Design, Install, monitor, and provide support of advanced functions of Citrix Systems and associated ecosystem and related applications directly or with the team.
2. Upgrading Citrix storefront, Delivery controller, Storefront and VDA’s to newer versions
3. Taking responsibility for technical issues in the environment and providing problem resolution.
4. Diagnose and repair system problems working closely with vendor support for all servers, software, and other hardware directly or with the team members.
5. Assist in defining, maintaining, and monitoring compliance to Citrix related security and software policies for the business.
6. Assist in the design and build out of an Automated environment to allow Citrix Server builds to be provisioned in bulk.
7. System administration skills in Windows and VMware will be an added advantage.
8. Proactively maintain all Citrix infrastructure components for a 24x7x365 uptime service.
9. Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments.
10. Fault finding, analysis and logging information for reporting of performance exceptions.
11. Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning.
12. Manage, coordinate, and implement Citrix environment deployments, upgrades, patches on servers.
13. Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks.
14. Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment.
15. Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes.
16. Good troubleshooting skills and experienced in handling Global customers
