Handle inquiries and report compilation and review of customer orders
Internal process processing, project establishment and invoicing
Assist engineers/managers in scheduling and managing daily work, order processing and project processing
Report to Business Line Manager on a weekly/monthly basis
Arrangement, submission and management of daily documents
Handle customer's general inquiries
Internal process communication
Assist in Engineer's/Manager's scheduling and administrative daily work, the order processing and project handling
Monthly/weekly reporting to business field managers
Documentation filing and maintenance
