Provides clinical and technical training and support sales activities
Trains Physicians and Nurses/Technicians on the optimal use and maintenance of
Conducts education activities that facilitate learning regarding clinically relevant information to neurosurgery, ENT, P&R, dental
Provides timely follow up with ZEISS customers after all training activities
Works in partnership with sales to provide scheduled visits to requested accounts
Consistent communication with MCS Sales Manager and sales team on all activities and trained accounts
Participates in meetings and supports trade shows to provide information useful to microsurgery microscope products
Participates in cross functional teams within ZEISS regarding customer preference, technical questions, complaints etc.
Key interactions with leading brain surgeons

Minimum one year working in sales or customer serviceBachelor's degree from a university or equivalent experience is requiredMedical clinical application experience is requiredThe ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and support company goals and sales objectivesThe ability to travel (up to 75%) is requiredA valid driver's license is required
