Provide primary Executive and Administrative support to the Operating Group leadership team and other Business Leaders.
Office management – greet visitors, answer general inquiries and direct inquires to the appropriate person or department. Maintain a tidy, organized and welcoming office environment. Manage office supplies and equipment and process office-related vendor payments. Manage requests for building access and security protocol.
Perform complex calendar management – both internal and external coordination & scheduling with all levels of the company
Support travel coordination and logistics for west region office meetings and events. Support the expense report process as needed.
Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, memoranda, presentations, and various staff communications.
Independently research, collect, and prepare information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and external individuals.
Prepare presentation materials for meetings. Attend meetings and take notes if requested by Operating Group leadership.
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by Operating Group management
Analyze problems, determine approach, compile, and analyze data, and prepare reports/recommendations.
Contact company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.
Respond to requests for insurance or licensure certificates.
Work collaboratively with other administrative team members.
