Job Responsibilities

Plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate new hire training programs for all customer facing teams, including classroom training sessions, self-study programs, and print materials.

Develop creative, interactive training tools, quick reference guides, and exercises to increase interest during training and knowledge retention.

Contribute to storyboarding and development of eLearning content and blended learning solutions.

Communicate frequently and effectively with key stakeholders to ensure that training programs are aligned with the goals and objectives of the business.

Develop and administer online testing and post-training evaluations.

Deliver real-time coaching and feedback to trainees and trainees’ supervisors/managers.

• 2 - 3 years

Educational Requirements

• BSC

Skills

• Have experience in training and development, instructional design, or a similar role. Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills. Excellent presentation and communication abilities. Strong organizational and project management skills. Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and ROI.
