Manages the TDL training program for a specifically assigned TDL
Review existing training programs and suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention to meet the changing needs of the customer
Ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective
Maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training and training requirements applicable to program and/or industry
Identify problems and opportunities that could improve training, such as operational changes or industry developments
Conduct or facilitate required and recommended training sessions as well as collaborate with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs
Ensure that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to an approved training budget that they prepare and implement
Supervise and mentor subordinate project staff
